Service proposals and project agreements

Website descriptions and displayed starting prices are general information, not a binding offer or a promise that every feature is included. Before work begins, the written proposal or project agreement should identify the scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, milestones, responsibilities, revisions, third-party costs and support arrangements.

A project proceeds only after the proposal and applicable terms have been accepted. If these website terms differ from an accepted project agreement, the project agreement governs the services covered by it.

Client materials and approvals

You are responsible for ensuring that text, images, logos and other materials you supply may lawfully be used for your project, and for reviewing and approving the content and functionality before launch. Any client responsibilities and approval deadlines should be confirmed in the project agreement.

Third-party services and results

A project may rely on services such as hosting, domain registrars, Google products or messaging platforms. Those services are subject to their providers' terms and availability; their charges and account ownership should be agreed as part of the project scope.

Search rankings, website traffic, enquiries and sales depend on many factors outside a website build. We do not guarantee a particular business or search outcome unless a specific commitment is expressly set out in the accepted written agreement.
